After looking at their recruiting materials, GSI realized they didn’t have anything in their inventory that would connect with this modern-day cowboy.
BHC was tasked with creating recruiting materials that not only outlined the job requirements but also showed the intense loyalty and bond these men and women shared.
THE SOLUTION
Cleaning up information
The project started with several interviews with members of the HR department to truly understand the job and what it entailed, but also to learn why people were leaving the company via researching exit interviews. The main takeaway was that, among the majority of people who left, they simply didn’t understand what they were signing up for.
This research told us the collateral needed to show actual work being completed rather than completed projects. These visuals, along with supporting copy, helped paint a clear picture of what would be required on a daily basis. In fact, this approach was so popular and successful that it was carried out through the website as well.
